RhymeHamster (https://rhymehamster.com/) by Jeremy Desmon, is such a resource. Desmon is a musical theater bookwriter and lyricist who’s taught a writing workshop at Princeton for twenty years. He writes, “I built it as a side project because I found it hard to find great, quality rhymes on the endless, computer-generated lists so many existing sites give you. I shared it with my students, and they liked it so much that I opened it up to everyone.
“Perfect rhymes are checked word by word, so nothing with the stress in the wrong place is presented as exact. Results are grouped by syllable count, which helps when a line has to scan, and slant rhymes sit on their own adjustable dial. It’s free, with no account.”
